Three great beers brought to you by Goose Island Beer Co.

Bourbon County Stout .  Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels. Brewed in honor of the 1000th batch at their original Clybourn brewpub. A liquid as dark and dense as a black hole with thick foam the color of a bourbon barrel. The nose is an intense mix of charred oak, chocolate, vanilla, caramel and smoke.  One sip has more flavor than your average case of beer.  ABV 14.2%.  BA score 100.  Rate Beer 100.

Bourbon County Coffee Stout.  Everyday Goose Island smells the wonderful coffee roasting next to their brewery at Chicago’s Intelligentsia Coffee and Tea. This world class roaster puts the same passion and skill into their coffee as Goose Island does with its beer. This excellent stout is made with a different coffee from their friends next door each year. With the change in coffee comes a change in the flavor profile, making each release truly unique from the previous years.  ABV 13.4%.  BA score 100.  Rate Beer 100

Bourbon County Regal Rye Stout.  A unique blend of Bourbon County Brand Stout aged in rye whiskey barrels with blackberries, Luxardo candied cherries, fresh sour cherries and sea salt. Developed by the team of Goose Island brewers, this year’s recipe was especially collaborative. The brewers submitted recipes, held a roundtable discussion dissecting each and in the end landed on Bourbon County Brand Regal Rye Stout. Available nationwide in limited quantities.  ABV 13.5%
